Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Emmanuel Kweku Ganu is the founder of the Company (Yellow Power Ghana) and Managing Director with a demonstrated history of working in the mining & energy industry. He has over 25 years of extensive training and working experience in logistics and haulage projects. He is an entrepreneur, founded several businesses in Construction, Mining, logistics and Agribusiness.
An innovator who is enthusiastic about leveraging technology to solve some of Africa’s most pressing problems.
Seth Hackman
Deputy Director

Having risen from General Manager to Deputy Managing Director, a position held since 2022, Seth is responsible for corporate a airs and ensuring the company’s external goals and objectives are met. He leads the public relations and communications team. Handling media relations, stakeholder engagement, and CSR initiatives.
Seth has a strong background in the mining industry and public relations, having worked for mining companies and agencies in Ghana and abroad. He holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Communications and Human Resources Management from the University of Ghana (graduating with
honours) and is a member of the Ghana Insti¬tute of Public Relations.
Seth is passionate about mining’s contribution to socio-economic development and com
mitted to promoting best practices, innova¬tion, and sustainability.
Yussif Osuman
Chief Operating Officer (COO—————————————————-
A results-driven and accomplished Operations Director with over 20 years of progressive experience in construction and mining industries, specializing in earth works, Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) construction, soil mechanics, and road construction. Renowned for leader ship in Construction Management, Project Management, and Operational Strategy, with a track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure and mining projects on time and within budget. Throughout his distinguished career, he has overseen Underground Mining Services and Infrastructure Development, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and implementing e client construction methodologies to enhance safety, productivity, and quality. He holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from KNUST and a Postgraduate Diploma in Mining Engineering from UMaT. He is also a Chartered Project Manager recognized for applying structured principles to high-impact civil and mining works.
